Pilot Episode: A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step - Lao-tzu

Decisions, they shape our lives, and lead us to places we never thought we would be. In order to share the results of my decision to explore the globe, I am starting this blog. The Journey begins in Sydney, Australia where I will spend an undetermined amount of time with some old friends before I start a few months of WWOOFing ( http://www.wwoof.org ). Due to the potential "nowhereness" of the farms I will be working on it may take a while to find an Internet cafe so I apologize in advance for my tardiness. I hope my spontaneous and virtually unplanned adventure will provide good laughs and lots of excitement for those back home and for those who may accidentally stumble upon this blog. In approximately 20 minutes from now I will be boarding a 12 hour flight from Vancouver International Airport, leaving the security of Canada behind and embarking on what may be the adventure of my lifetime.
